About Northwood Landscaping
ABOUT US
Our story
Northwood started with a homemade flyer. Adam and Ben Stafford were teenagers in South Surrey mowing neighbourhood lawns, and the same neighbours kept calling back. The work grew from lawns to garden beds, then to patios, retaining walls and full yard renovations.
Today Northwood Landscaping Ltd. runs its own crew, mini-excavator, trucks and trailer, which means we control every job from excavation to the final sweep. We are fully insured with $2M liability coverage and in good standing with WorkSafeBC, and we back every installation with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
We specialize in paver patios, driveways and walkways, timber and segmental block retaining walls, artificial turf and sod, drainage and irrigation, and landscape lighting, for homeowners, builders and strata across Greater Vancouver. Adam or Ben is on site every day, and the price we quote is the price you pay.

Really happy with the work that Adam and Ben did at our house. These guys are very hard-working and reliable. I recommend them.
Ben was awesome!! Did my pavers and the price was competitive and the work was great! Highly recommend
Super friendly and fun service along with amazing and efficient work, absolutely no complaints. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for landscaping in the Lower Mainland!
Northwood completely transformed our backyard. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with professionalism. The retaining wall and patio turned out even better than we imagined.
These guys were very professional and I will definitely be using them in the future. High quality work and a nice end product. Our neighbours have already asked for their contact info!
We had our entire front yard redesigned — new pavers, lighting, and plantings. The crew showed up on time every day and left the site clean. Couldn't be happier with the results.
Quality workmanship and great communication throughout the project. They kept us updated at every stage and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
Professional to deal with and reasonably priced. The drainage solution they installed solved a problem we'd been dealing with for years. Will hire again for future yard work.
From start to finish, the Northwood team was incredible. They built us a beautiful paver patio with a fire pit area, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Worth every penny.
